Today, on my baking list is M&M Chocolate Chips Cookies. its an All time favourite especially for the kids. its a must have cookie for upcoming Hari Raya.

at about noon, i went out to Phoon Huat to buy some unfinished ingredients such as chocolate chips, corn flour, blanched almond...

got home and started with the mixing of ingredients. its a total mess of my home! but cleanliness is very important to me. aft making the dough 3 times, i cleared off all the flour stuffs. and left just the dough and the baking tray on the table.

shaped the cookied with 2 forks and arrange the m&m's and chocolate chips. yummy! break fast, im gona munch on some!

tomorrow, the traditional Pineapple Tart. yesterday, i made kuih makmur, all by myself. this year, the cookies are all from my own hard work. so its a lil special! haha.


ok now back to cookie!!
